Classes are small with each parent and child receiving personalized attention. You’ll learn gentle touch and movement techniques designed to support your baby’s growth and development. Find out how to help your baby become more comfortable with tummy-time as well as with all the key developmental milestones–lifting his/her head, rolling with equal ease from side to side and transitioning into crawling, sitting, standing and walking. Learn special tips for self-soothing, vocalization and constructive play.

Fall Retreat: Release & Renew

Meditation, Yoga & Feldenkrais

This restorative retreat, held at the beautiful Dai Bosatsu Zendo, a traditional Japanese Zen monastery in the Catskills, will focus on breath—the ways we unconsciously hold our breath, the ways we can breathe more freely and the ways we can tap into the many dimensions of our own breathing. We will explore breath in meditation, yoga  and movement. You will leave with the tools (and easy to follow hand-outs) to continue exploring. Free time is integrated into the schedule for enjoying the nature preserve, exploring the grounds, or private introspection during this long weekend of self discovery.
